[BozemanGLUG] Redhat violating GPL?

Redhat has discontinued distributing changes in GPL RHEL software 
publicly, and their contract with customers forbids the the customers 
from distributing them.

Frankly I think this is nasty move by Redhat, and possibly illegal.
