[BozemanLUG] IRC moving from Freenode to libera.chat

Greetings,

As you may or may not have heard, there was a crisis with the Freenode IRC network this week... and as of today, most everyone is migrating to the replacement network.  That network is libera.chat.  Basically, all of the Freenode hosts have moved to a new domain.

Rather than do the #ubuntu-montana channel again... and have to get approval from Ubuntu... we decided to make a new channel just named #montanalinux so feel free to drop by anytime.
