We use MXLogic (acquired by McAfee, acquired by Intel) which gives the 
benefits of cloud spam filtering but using your own mail server.
I believe Google acquired another company in that space and still sells 
their service (Postini?).

Remember there's no such thing as a free Internet service ;)
