Rob,
I believe someone sponsors a city wide eWaste event once per year for the city of Bozeman. By sponsor I mean they end up paying for the disposal costs of everything that gets turned in. I don't know if that is going to continue or not.
On campus they have added a 5% of cost fee to new computer purchases for the future disposal.
