[BozemanLUG] MySQL Question

I was only able to quickly scan through the questions / comments (will try
to do more later) and as of yet my MySQL skills are not yet where I want
them, but I thought phpmyadmin actually required root login - another wards
you would not be allowed to log into MySQL through phpmyadmin unless it was
connecting as root user.  Maybe I am off on that or maybe I totally misread
your question/comments and you have already addressed that - if so I
apologize.
