Why only 384k with DSL?

I'm abosultely fed up with Bresnan's inability to keep their service up
for any length of time.

I can only get 384k DSL because of distance.

Little Apple can't see me for wireless because of large buildings blocking
my way.

Is there any thing else in Bozeman?

I'm strongly considering 384k DSL as it would be reliable, but that's
really slow.
